Team
Charles Millsap
President
Charles has over
seventeen years of software marketing and sales experience. He has worked
for Best Software, Sage U.S. Holdings and AccuraSoft holding a variety of
different product management, marketing and sales positions before he started
with ServiceLedger full-time in 2002. He personally funded development of
ServiceLedger from 1996 - 2002, and personally funded all sales and marketing of
ServiceLedger from 1998 - 2002. Since he became involved with
ServiceLedger full-time, the annual growth rate of ServiceLedger has increased
on average of 300% per year and its customer base expanded from several hundred
to almost three thousand customers.
Charles is primarily
responsible for the overall product direction and sales & marketing. He is
still actively involved in product demonstrations and often will sit in on or
take over a product demonstration for any member of his sales team.
Scott Millsap
Vice President of Development & Support
Scott has over
twenty years of product development and technology experience. He has
worked for AccuraSoft and FundTech, and even launched his own software
development company called Miltech Software where he developed custom solutions
for companies like Dean Witter, General Electric and Primestar (DirecTV).
He developed a service management system for the alarm industry in 1995 that was
later used as the starting point on development of ServiceLedger in 1996.
He is primarily responsible for all product
direction, development and support.
John McCormick
Custom Services Manager
John has over ten
years of product development and technology experience. He has worked for
Fry's, Netpliance (Tipping Point) and Capital Metro holding various technology
positions. He started full-time with ServiceLedger in 2002.
John is primarily
responsible for all custom services including customizations and custom reports,
as well as product direction and development.
Gary Mabra
Sales Manager
Gary has over forty years of
business experience in project management and sales. He has worked for
Bank of America for most of his career, and has worked for Bass Pro Shops and
Don Davis Auto Group before joining ServiceLedger full-time in 2005.
Gary is primarily responsible for
new customer development. |
