Dashboard View
Select between any of the existing graphical or data options
available to gain insight on your business including revenue
history, work order/job counts, quote conversions, tech
profitability and utilization and more. Allows you to view
data in either graphical format or raw data format so that you
can easily get to the data you need. Very customizable to
allow you to easily change graphs and view data in different
period formats.

Snapshot View
Snapshot views allow you to quickly gain insight on any
particular module or manager of ServiceLedger and let you know
what is going on and what needs attention. The Today View
lets you see what is going on today and views like Service,
Quotes, Equipment, etc. lets you know what is going on with
those modules of ServiceLedger. The purpose of the
snapshot views is to help you know what is going on and make
certain nothing falls through the cracks. |

Reporting
ServiceLedger uses Crystal Reports for its report writing
engine. ServiceLedger provides over 100 reports and you
can modify or create new reports with a copy of Crystal Reports
Professional or hire our report writing team to create or modify
reports for you. Most reports provide you with parameter
windows allowing you to slice and dice and dig for the
information you want within a specified time period. There
is no limit on the types of reports you can create with
ServiceLedger and a copy of Crystal Reports Professional. |

Email Notification
Email notification alerts allow you to define different tags,
rules and events in which email notifications will be sent and
allows ServiceLedger to process the email notifications on a
defined schedule. In addition to our standard email
notifications, it is easy to have us create any custom email
notification alerts you require. |
