Tech Web Portal
The
Tech Web Portal allows your technicians to access their
information from any mobile device with Internet Access and
review job information and schedules and update job information
with work performed, invoice line items, equipment serviced,
task performed and time spent on the job. If the job is
completed the technician simply checks a completed checkbox to
mark the job as completed and ready to be invoiced.
Technicians out in the field can create work orders, accounts,
items and equipment records for customers with a click of a
button. All information on the Tech Web Portal is
real-time with no delay between what the technician enters and
what an office user will see in the office. |

ServiceLedger Mobile
ServiceLedger
Mobile allows your technicians to download their job information
to their mobile device and work remotely in the field and update
job information electronically that can be uploaded back to your
office at the end of the day. All synchronization can
happen at your office or via the Internet. ServiceLedger
Mobile allows your technicians to take existing job information
and update invoice charges, equipment serviced, time spent,
tasks performed, work performed and capture digital signatures
out in the field that is stored as an attachment to the work
order at your office. |
