The following
add-on's are recommended to new customers to help them get the most out of their
ServiceLedger investment. While optional, it is highly recommend that you
consider these options:

support and training coverage for one full year for $500.00. This
option allows you to have one year of technical support and access to all
online training classes for a full year.

QuickStart Plan
for $400 - five hours of one on one consulting and training to address any
specific needs or requirements you may have that otherwise cannot be
addressed via any of the online training materials and/or training classes.

All software
licensing is for a single database and single installation only. Multiple
installations and/or databases will require a software license for each
installation and/or database. Any installation exceeding ten users
requires a purchase of Microsoft SQL Server for optimal performance as it is not
recommended to use the run-time Microsoft Data Engine on any installation over
ten users.
