Portal Options
ServiceLedger Tech Portal
Allows your
technicians to access their jobs and view their schedules. From
the field they can print the work order in .pdf format and update the
work order with work performed, parts used, time spent and equipment
serviced.
ServiceLedger Contractor Portal
If you deal
with sub-contractors and want your sub-contractors to receive and update
job information electronically instead of paper-based systems, the
ServiceLedger Contractor Portal is for you. This portal allows
your contractors to login to view their jobs, accept or reject the jobs,
and update with all job information.
ServiceLedger Customer Portal
Customer
portal allows your customers to login to view their information
including work order history, invoice history, quote history and more.
You have an option to allow your customers to create work orders from
the portal that automatically flows to your New Work Order Queue in
ServiceLedger.
