Item Record

The item record allows you to track all items including separating different item types for parts, labor, equipment and service contracts.  Track all item information including price, cost, warranty information, manufacturer, model and more.  All inventory balance information viewable from the item record.  

Multiple Inventory Locations

Track multiple inventory locations including multiple warehouses, bins within warehouses or trucks in the field to know instantly how much inventory is in each location. 

Item Order List

The Item Order List allows you to quickly generate purchase orders for multiple items with one click of a button to maintain proper inventory levels required for your business.  ServiceLedger will alert you of any item that falls below its desired minimum quantity so that you are aware that you need to order more.
