The ServiceLedger Tech Web Portal allows your technicians out in the field to access their jobs from any device via the Internet.  The ServiceLedger 2009 Tech Web Portal has been optimized for better viewing of the portal pages on any PDA including Pocket PC's, Blackberry's and Smart Phones.

Key Capabilities:

  • Any technician or sub-contractor can access the ServiceLedger Tech Web Portal via the Internet.

  • Permissions determine how much or how little you want each technician or sub-contractor to do or see.

  • Ability to view all open jobs, including schedules.

  • Ability to update job information out in the field.

  • Ability to capture digital signature of customer.

  • Ability to create customers, jobs, equipment records out in the field.

  • Ability to view customer service history or equipment service history.

Home Page

From the home page you can view all existing work orders or filter to a specific set of work orders with ability to click on any work order to get to the details.  Additionally, you can Add New Customers or View Existing Customers from this page.

Note:  You can add work orders directly from the customer record when you pull it up from the Web Portal.
 


 

Job Information Page

Capture all relevant information about the job including job charges, tasks performed, equipment serviced and time spent on the job.



 

Digital Signature Capture

Capture digital signatures out in the field of your customers before your technicians leave the job.
