We understand the importance of consulting and/or training to help you get the most out of your ServiceLedger investment.  In addition to the free training and consulting resources we offer, ServiceLedger also provides a variety of different paid training and consulting options to help you get the most out of ServiceLedger. 

Our recommendation is that you utilize all free training resources including the documentation, training videos and questions forum before you proceed with custom training.  You can access all free training resources at our Getting Started Page.

Do you have a non-technical question and want to get a response from a trainer or consultant?  Before you proceed with custom training, try our free questions forum to see if your question can be easily addressed at no charge by one of our certified trainers and/or consultants.  If a trainer or consultant is unable to easily address your question for free, they will be able to provide you with affordable options to address the question for you.

Quick Start Plan

The Quick Start Plan is ideal for new customers that have read all existing documentation and watched all existing training videos and need additional training and/or consulting to address specific needs or requirements for their organization.  The Quick Start Plan provides five hours of consulting and/or training for $395 scheduled in one hour increments over five days.  To ensure maximum effectiveness, it is recommended that you provide us in advance with any expectations you have from training or consulting including any specific processes, needs, requirements you may have.

Onsite Plan

The Onsite Plan provides you with onsite training or consulting for $1,000 per day plus reasonable travel expenses (minimum 2 days).  Onsite training is ideal for customers who require a more personalized training curriculum for their staff.

Hourly Training or Consulting Fee

You can purchase training and/or consulting on an as-needed basis for $125 per hour.  All training and/or consulting must be scheduled in advance.

What type of free training options are available to me?

You can access our Getting Started Page to get instant access to online documentation, training videos, FAQ's or more.  Additionally, you can email questions@serviceledger.com for quick responses on common training or consulting questions.  This service is a free service intended for a question and answer forum only and not advised for more specific questions you may have regarding your specific business need, requirements or processes.

Why does my support plan not cover training or consulting?

Our Support Specialists are trained to handle technical issues related to the software and not trained to think outside-the-box and provide guidance on how to utilize ServiceLedger for different business scenarios.  To ensure you receive proper information from ServiceLedger, we advise that all training and/or consulting come directly from the training department that works with customers on a regular basis about how to apply ServiceLedger to different business scenarios.

I have some unique needs, requirements or processes.  What are my options?

It is recommended that you select one of our training options to discuss your needs, requirements or processes.  The Quick Start Plan is our most popular plan and provides five hours of training or consulting at a significant reduced rate over our standard hourly rates.

I just have a couple of questions and think a custom training session is overkill.  Do I have an alternative option?

You can try the questions@serviceledger.com forum, however we cannot guarantee that this forum will be able to address your question to your satisfaction.  If you are unsure, we recommend that you forward the question and allow the trainer to determine if it can be addressed to your satisfaction or may require a special custom training session.
