ServiceLedger 2018 New Functions and Features:
ServiceLedger is now licensed under a subscription model and ServiceLedger provides regular updates and upgrades, including new functionality, throughout the year. The following features are only what has been added so far in 2018 with more functionality scheduled for release throughout the year.
- Significantly improved timesheet/payroll time reporting by allowing technicians and/or users to capture payroll time easily both in ServiceLedger and Tech Portal.
- Re-engineered tech entry window.
- Ability to set status defaults for all common lists.
